Entering Student Survey Intermediate 2020

Dear Intermediate First Year students,

Congratulations on becoming a part of Forman Christian College University! We are very proud to have you onboard and we hope that this would be an enlightening experience for you.

In order to make your experience memorable, we want to know more about you and seek information about your previous study experience, expectations from the college, needs and values, and your future goals as well.

The information will help us contribute to fulfilling your expectations and support you towards your future goals. This will also help us know about your satisfaction with the overall admissions process.

Your participation in the study is completely voluntary and you may choose to stop participating at

any time if you so decide. Your decision to volunteer or not, or to refuse to answer particular

questions, will not affect your relationship with the researchers, FCCU, or any other group

associated with this project.

Your confidentiality will be maintained. Your roll number will not be connected with your data. Any

data collected will not be shared with anyone.
