Report on Pledge of Respect and Kindness

At Forman Christian College, respect is our language, kindness our culture, and unity our strength. As members of the Forman Tycoons Society, we believe in carrying forward this tradition by fostering harmony and support within the student body.

To strengthen this culture, the society organized interactive sessions with second-year students, encouraging them to uphold the values of kindness, empathy, and respect toward their juniors. During these sessions, students took a formal pledge to guide, encourage, and support their juniors, and signed a pledge sheet as a public declaration of their commitment.

The signed sheets were displayed on the college notice board, symbolizing the collective responsibility of students to maintain a safe and respectful environment. This initiative, led by the Forman Tycoons Society, not only inspired unity and belonging but also set a lasting example of leadership rooted in empathy and respect.
