Do What You Like, Like What You Do & How to Unlock Your Potential

The College Vice Rector’s Office organized a One-Day Career Counseling Seminar titled “Do What You Like, Like What You Do & How to Unlock Your Potential” by Dr. John Schwaiger, Founder and President of Career Formation, USA on 21st of October, 2023. A total of 30 high-achieving college students from each academic program and 8 college faculty members from different academic departments actively participated in the seminar. The seminar shed light on the importance of high school students to explore their personality types and their interests in order to make a decision about their careers. The students also participated in group discussions in which they reflected upon the different personality styles, thinking styles and discussed the results of the Personality Indicator and Career Interest inventory results.
