Forman Freuds A Fresh Start, A Warm Welcome

Forman Freuds -Social Sciences Department organized a warm and vibrant welcome activity for the freshmen. The event began with a cordial reception, where 1^st year students were greeted and presented with chocolates and sweets as a gesture of hospitality.

To help students understand the FCC’s mission and core values, the new students were invited to participate in an interactive activity titled Vision Tree. This engaging exercise allowed the students to reflect creatively while enjoying the learning process.

The team representatives also briefed the students about the objectives, ongoing activities and opportunities offered by the Forman Freuds. The response was highly encouraging as 26 students expressed keen interest in joining the team. Out of these, candidates applied for two official positions, while others volunteered to contribute actively to the club’s initiatives.

To make the event even more memorable, a photo booth was set up where students captured photographs with their peers. This added a joyful and lasting touch to the event. Overall, this activity not only introduced freshmen to the spirit of Forman Freuds but also fostered a sense of belonging, teamwork, and enthusiasm among the new students.

The stalls also received a special visit from Honorable Dr. Ivan Suneel (VR College), Dr. Lubna Amir (College Coordinator), Mr. Rehan Sohail (Head of Department College Information Office and Student Activities Office) and Mr. Muhammad Umer Chaudhry, Chief Proctor (College). Their presence motivated the participants as they expressed appreciation for the students’ hard work and creativity. The distinguished guests acknowledged the efforts as a valuable contribution to the college’s vibrant learning environment.
