Information for Intermediate First Year Classes

Dear Student,

On behalf of the students, staff and faculty at Forman Christian College, a very warm welcome to our newly admitted students. We are so honoured that you have chosen to be a part of the Forman family, this institution has a glaring legacy of grooming individuals who have gone out into this world and become torch bearers of change for humanity.

At Forman Christian College, we shall be working closely with you to help you get to a place of great accomplishment, our grooming will be instrumental in inscribing wisdom and intellect on your mind and soul, whereby you shall make informed and intelligent decisions regarding your future. In this service our path will always be lit by Forman Christian College’s core values; Integrity, Excellence, Respect for human being’s dignity, Discipline and accountability, Fairness and Justice, Education for service and Community uplift. Every day we shall hold ourselves accountable against these values, we shall also be motivating and encouraging you to allow these core values to transform and renew your mind-set. We have faith in you that you shall rise as problem solvers, innovators, entrepreneurs, driven with passion to make our nation better and prosperous.

We are pleased to announce that along with online classes, on campus Intermediate Part-I classes will be starting from the 19th of October 2020. College administration has and is working hard to fully ensure and guarantee the health and safety of our students, staff and faculty. We want to remind you that whatever needs to be done is being done to properly implement health and safety paper writers directives of the official and government authorities. A significant part of responsibility lies with our students, and we urge them to strictly adhere to the SOPs, this is for everyone’s safety.

Our classes will be held in the following pattern: 

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday; even digit (0,2,4,6,8) ending roll numbers will attend on campus classes, whereas odd digit (1,3,5,7,9) ending roll numbers will attend online classes through Moodle/Google Meet.

  • Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday; odd digit (1,3,5,7,9) ending roll numbers will attend on campus classes, whereas even digit (0,2,4,6,8) ending roll numbers will attend online classes through Moodle/Google Meet. 

The above mentioned arrangement will be instrumental in maintaining social distancing and keeping a class size that matches the directives issued by the government.
