Office of the Vice Rector (I) Organizes a Seminar on Rethinking Leadership

The Office of the Vice Rector (Intermediate) organized a seminar on Rethinking Leadership for the heads of the academic departments and the administrative staff of the college section. We had the honor of having Mr. Fazal Niazi from Franklin Covey Education to talk about leadership and the different ways we can use to redefine it. During the session emphasis was laid upon shifting paradigms about the concept of leadership, such as from a person of authority to a person who identifies problems and works towards bringing change. The session also included a group activity in which commonly held paradigms of leadership were changed into new ones. The session was also attended by the Honorable Rector Dr. Jonathan Addleton and Respected Vice Rector (I), Dr. Ivan Suneel Samuel.
