Allotment Criteria

On-Spot Admission (Provisional Admission):
Students who secure provisional (on-spot) admission before the merit list is displayed may apply for a provisional hostel seat by submitting the 1st-year (on-spot) hostel application form online and paying the hostel security and registration fee. Hostel allotment will be revoked if the student fails the matriculation examination.

Regular Admission:
Students who obtain regular admission may apply through the 1st-year (regular admission) hostel application form. Allotment will be based on merit and the criteria set by the College Hostel Office.

Priority Considerations:
Preference may also be given to:

• Students from provinces outside Punjab (Baluchistan, Sindh, KPK, Gilgit Baltistan)
• Students from religious minority groups
• Overseas students
• Students with notable achievements in sports
• Students qualifying for merit-based scholarships

Hostel Allotment Procedure

Step 1: Obtain your college roll number from the Admissions Office. Only students with a valid roll number may apply. Applications submitted with only a tracking ID will not be considered.

Step 2: Submit the appropriate online hostel application form:

Submission does not guarantee accommodation. Applications will be reviewed by the Hostel Office based on merit and availability of seats.

Step 3: Merit lists will be displayed, and selected candidates will be contacted via email and phone. Shortlisted students must appear for a hostel interview along with their parents/guardian. After a successful interview and payment of the registration fee, security deposit, and first installment (based on room occupancy type), students may shift to their assigned rooms.

Documents Required:

• Copy of college roll number slip
• Father’s CNIC copy
• Intermediate result card 
• One passport-size photograph
• Relevant supporting documents (if applying under any quota category)

Step 4: Further details will be shared during the hostel interview.

Important Information

• Hostel allotment is strictly based on merit and subject to availability of seats.
• Hostel facilities are available only to students who are admitted to FCC and reside outside Lahore.
• Applications submitted without a valid college roll number will not be entertained.
• It is mandatory for students to attend the hostel interview along with their parents/guardian. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the allotted seat.
• Parents/guardians must provide complete details of the student’s local guardian at the time of the hostel interview.
• For Intermediate 1st Year students, hostel allotment is valid for two academic years only.
• Accommodation is offered in single and double occupancy rooms only.
• Residents must submit a one-month prior written notice before vacating the hostel. In the absence of notice, the full fee for the following month will be charged. Rooms must be completely vacated to avoid any additional charges.

Hostel Annual Fee Structure for Intermediate

Residential Life Office will be informing students on the waiting list via phone call, text message and email on their provided contact information. We will call a student 3 times in case they do not respond within the given time, and after that, we will move on to the next candidate.

The waiting list will expire after 02 weeks of display. In case of no response, authorities will not be responsible for reservation.
