Department of Social Sciences

The Department of Social Sciences was established in 2011 when the disciplines of Education, Civics, Geography, and Psychology were combined to cater to all Art/Humanities Sections. The faculty of the Social Sciences Department puts in their best efforts to impart critical thinking skills and heavily focuses on practicing the core values of FCCU. We strive hard to develop lessons and create classrooms that enable the students to discuss, critique and analyze social issues as well as engage in healthy co-curricular activities. We at the department of social sciences have also made sure that Arts/Humanities students are empowered and provided with opportunities to recognize their hidden talents, develop confidence and make appropriate career choices for themselves. The faculty members of the department also wholeheartedly serve the institution in various capacities and will keep working hard to bring a positive change in the lives of students.
