Sports Department Holds 1st Intermediate Intramural Individual Tennis Championship

The 1st FCCU Intermediate Intramural Individual Tennis Championship was organized by the Sports Department on October 30, 2019. This was part of an initiative by Vice Rector (I), Dr Ivan Suneel Samuel to provide separate opportunities in sports to College students. A large number of students participated in this tournament from college section at FCCU. The Tennis Championship included some very competitive and exciting matches and was witnessed by a large number of spectators comprising of both students and faculty, who enjoyed the tough competitions.

The first semi-final of the tournament was played between Mr Umais Tanveer and Mr M Atif and was won by Mr Umais Tanveer.

The second semi-final of the tournament was played between Mr Hassan Ali and Mr Daud Rizwan Dodhy and was one by Mr Hassan Ali.

The final of the tournament which was played between Mr Umais Tanveer and Mr Hassan Ali was won by Mr Umais Tanveer.
