Position Requirements:
Minimum Education and Experience:
• 14 years equivalent education with minimum 3 years of experience in coaching at the youth, college, or club level.
• Black Belt certification (or equivalent) in a recognized martial arts discipline (e.g., Taekwondo, Karate, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu).
• Certification in first aid and injury prevention (preferred).
Skills:
• Strong instructional and coaching skills with the ability to train both beginners and advanced-level students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Knowledge of safe training practices, injury prevention, and sports conditioning.
• Ability to mentor students in discipline, confidence, respect, and resilience.
• Competence in record keeping, attendance monitoring, and progress reporting.
• Capacity to organize workshops, competitions, and demonstration events.

Job Purpose/Summary:
The Martial Arts Coach will conduct structured martial arts classes, organize self-defense workshops, and prepare students for intercollegiate competitions and internal showcases. This role supports the college vision of holistic student development by integrating physical fitness, mental resilience, and character-building through martial arts.
The coach will also serve as a mentor, instilling values of discipline, perseverance, and respect while ensuring safe training practices. This is full-time position and may require working beyond standard hours during tournaments, workshops, or special events.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct martial arts classes for students at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
• Organize specialized self-defense workshops for students, staff, and faculty.
• Prepare and mentor students for internal showcases and external competitions.
• Maintain attendance and submit regular progress reports to the department.
• Ensure safe training practices and manage injury prevention during sessions.
• Collaborate with other sports coaches to design integrated fitness and conditioning programs.
• Promote martial arts as a medium for character building, discipline, and confidence.
• Assist in organizing college-level sports events, demonstrations, and awareness campaigns.
• Represent FCC in intercollegiate martial arts and other relevant sports forums.
• Must be able to organize events.
• Should be able to prepare synchronized movements in all events not just sports.
• Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities (but are not limited to the following):

Student Services & Student Dealing
• Respond to student, parent, and faculty queries through walk-in visits, telephone calls, emails, and official correspondence.
• Prepare and issue Character Certificates, Bonafide Certificates, Hope Certificates, Medium of Instruction Certificates, College Leaving Certificates, and other official academic documents.
• Distribute transcripts, result cards and roll number slips to students after verification.
• Process student requests related to academic records and documentation.
• Update student contact information and records as required.
BISE Registration & BISE Examination
• Prepare Board Registration Forms and fee challans for Part I students.
• Verify registration entries, supporting documents, and complete attestation requirements.
• Enter registration data through the Lahore BISE online portal and process required corrections.
• Submit registration forms to Lahore BISE and follow up on registration-related matters.
• Collect processed registration forms, maintain office records, and distribute originals to students. Process amendments and corrections in student registration records.
• Issue, receive, verify, and organize Board Examination Forms for Part I and Part II students.
• Prepare submission lists, obtain required signatures, and ensure compliance with Lahore BISE regulations.
• Collect, verify, and distribute Board Roll Number Slips to students.
• Coordinate all examination form submission stages, including single fee, double fee, triple fee, and late-fee schedules.
Academic Records & Documentation
• Maintain accurate student academic records and files.
• Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and security of student records.
Reporting, Analysis & Data Management
• Prepare section-wise and instructor-wise analysis of Part I and Part II examination results.
• Generate reports and statistical data through the EMPOWER system as required.
• Generate student drop lists and related academic status reports.
• Maintain and update databases for academic and administrative purposes.
Correspondence & Administrative Support
• Draft, process, and respond to official correspondence, emails, notices, and memorandums.
• Coordinate with Lahore BISE and other external organizations.
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Support document preparation, filing, scanning, photocopying, and records management activities.
• Assist in the efficient processing and distribution of information within the College Academic Office.
Student Attendance, Readmission & Academic Status Processing
• Collect, review, and maintain student attendance records.
• Generate and display student drop lists according to institutional policies.
• Issue and process readmission forms and related documentation.
• Coordinate attendance-related matters with students and relevant departments.
• Maintain records of student academic status changes.
Office Operations & Team Support
• Coordinate and maintain official correspondence with the Head of College Academe Office regarding academic matters, students’ cases, Departmental requirements and office operation
• Support special projects, events, initiatives, and academic activities organized by the Academic Office and the College.
• Promote teamwork, effective communication, and collaboration within the Academic Office and across college departments.

Job Purpose/Summary:
The Lab Demonstrator works in partnership with the faculty members and will be responsible for conducting intermediate labs of 1st year and 2nd year classes and perform other related duties supplementary to the job. He/She will also be responsible for providing academic assistance to faculty.

Responsibilities:
Employees in this job under general direction and instruction are expected to perform responsible tasks associated with the efficient operation of the Biology laboratory. The individual is expected to:
• demonstrate laboratory practicals and techniques to Pre-medical students
• make necessary arrangements for conducting in-house practical exams
• instruct students on use/care of equipment
• guide students to write practicals in their practical notebooks
• check practical notebooks and mark practical exams
• prepare a course breakdown of all the practicals for the entire academic session
• set up experiments in the lab according to the schedule for the week
• ensure that safe practices and procedures are maintained
• conduct regular physical checks on science lab equipment to ensure that the equipment is in working order
• monitor the science area for hazardous conditions, unsafe practices, and other safety concerns
• ensure compliance with international regulations with regard to labeling, handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials
• monitor and assist students working in a higher secondary science lab setting
• maintain inventory/supplies and science lab equipment
• use science-related computer software
• assist teachers in planning classroom science activities
• prepare a list of items for purchase and process the same in a timely manner
• supervise support staff in the maintenance and cleanliness of lab equipment, apparatus, and glassware
• liaise with Biology faculty on their needs for practical work
• maintain an efficient system for the use and allocation of materials and equipment, setting a priority system where necessary
• assist Biology faculty in the conduct of exams/tests

  • Maintain routine lab.
