CGO Organizes Workshop on Interpersonal Skills in the Workplace

The College Guidance Office held a workshop on ‘Interpersonal Skills in the Workplace’ for the administrative and academic staff of the College section on Monday 12 July, 2021. The entire session covered skills like mindfulness, effective communication, collaboration, maintaining confidentiality, management of professional jealousy and conflict. The session also included a team building exercise in which participants had to use all of the above mentioned skills and give short presentations. The workshop was also attended by the Vice Rector (I), Dr. Ivan Suneel and the Coordinator (I), Dr. Lubna Amer. Miss Nabila Naphtali, Focal Person of the College Guidance Office was the resource person for the workshop.
