Dept of English Puts Up Play, ‘Is he Dead?’ By Mark Twain

Department of English organized the annual English play on the evening of 6th February 2020. Sinclair hall was echoing with hilarity and glee. The department of English (Intermediate) staged Mark Twain’s spectacular comedy “Is He Dead?” as the annual English play. The play was meant to bring classical humor to the audience and it served its purpose admirably. The play was intertwined with hilarious plots involving cross dressing, a full-scale fake funeral, lovers’ deception and much more. The actors looked much proficient and their performance succeeded in entertaining the audience. FCCU’s Rector Dr. James Tebbe, Vice Rector (I) Dr. Ivan Suneel, many faculty members and a number of esteemed guests graced the occasion by their presence. The play was directed by Mr. Mohsin and Ms. Mehak Waheed.
