Intermediate Student Survey

Dear Intermediate Second Year students,

Thank you for being part of Forman Christian College and successfully completing the intermediate studies from FCCU. We hope that this was an enlightening experience for you.

In order to facilitate our prospective students, we want to know about your study experience at FCCU in different areas and your future goals as well.  This information will be beneficial in improving the education standards at your alma mater.

Your responses will be kept strictly confidential; they will be used in aggregate analysis and reporting. There will be no attribution whatsoever to any respondent.

Please know that your responses will be taken very seriously, and will serve as a basis for us to make improvements to the Intermediate experience.
